The workplace experience is designed to cultivate an understanding of service leadership and social activism—insights unattainable through classroom learning alone.
 
Speaking Engagements: Recognizing the vital role youth play in knowledge mobilization, ALPHA Education frequently recommends them as speakers at conferences, workshops, and organizational events.
 
Community Services:  Leadership development through volunteer opportunities is personalized to match each youth's interests and time commitment. These roles are ideal for young people passionate about making a difference in local communities and events.
 
Internships: ALPHA Education and the Asia Pacific Peace Museum offer tailored internships for students looking to integrate their course of study and research interests. Students will engage directly with critical aspects of Asian theatre history of WWII—including colonial occupations, human rights violations, and the socio-political impacts of wartime atrocities.
 
ALPHA Chapter Retreats: At the end of each year, student leaders come together to connect, share, and reflect on initiatives they led at their campuses during the academic year.
